Choosing the agents you monitor

To choose the agents you monitor:

  1. In the Contacts pane next to AGENTS, click the icon.

    The Contact Center Client lists the agents you're monitoring with a status for each: Available (
    ), Unavailable (), Wrap-Up (), Sign-Out ().
  1. Click the icon, then do any of the following:

    • To monitor an agent, select the checkbox next to the agent's name.

    • To stop monitoring an agent, clear the checkbox next to the agent's name.
  1. When you're done, click Save.

    The Contact Center Client updates the agent directory with the agents you selected to monitor.
