Mark Hacker is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Lumen Technologies. He leads the company's legal and public policy organizations. 

Hacker was previously Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Motorola Solutions, Inc. He held a variety of leadership positions during his 22-year career there. Prior to Motorola Solutions, he was a corporate finance associate with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and an accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Hacker is a member of the Illinois and Pennsylvania state bars, has been a certified public accountant and served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law. He is on the board of directors of the 100 Club of Illinois, an organization that provides for the families of first responders who lost their lives in the line-of-duty. Hacker is also a member of the President’s Advisory Council of Villanova University.

Hacker earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Villanova University and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
